Course Description:
This course will ensure learners working in the adult care setting enhance their skill set and deliver a higher quality of care. Some of the Level 4 Certificate in Principles of Leadership and Management for Adult care include:
⦁ Earning an internationally recognised RQF qualification.
⦁ Understanding communication needs.
⦁ Facilitating support planning to ensure positive outcome for individuals.
⦁ Learning safeguarding and protection of vulnerable adults.
⦁ Understanding the techniques to lead and manage end of life care services.
⦁ Learning the act of leadership and management in the workplace.
How will you be assessed?
This course is assessed using the portfolio, where the set questions are designed to test your knowledge of the course materials. You will have access to the learning materials and submit your work online via the learning management system. Your assigned assessor will direct, guide and mark and check your work throughout the program. Also, you will need to take part in the workplace observations to complete this course.
